Life as a toddler has got to be challenging. Lord knows it is challenging being the parent of a toddler. My life has been less than calm in the past 6 months and I have noticed that Ella's behavior has been less than calm in the past 6 months. It has been a change having Brenna around and she is doing great overall. She is noticing that her little sister can now do things...crawl, laugh, raspberry etc.
I have had this week off and I have really seen how much Ella has just soaked up having one on one time with me. I forget sometimes how much that means to her. And a toddler isn't going to say, "Listen Mama, we need to talk about your lifestyle and the ridiculous pace to which you live your life"...well Ella might actually. But to see her express herself through her behavior is so interesting to me.
She is my little buddy.

Toddler-hood...
