I decided to clean the floor this morning. Not something I typically due. Not so much because I don't want to but more due to time/energy/priorities etc. As I was mopping the floor I was starting to feel a bit anxious about how dirty I had allowed it to become. Thinking "I could have kept up on this" "I could have done it instead of taking a nap the other day" "I have so much to do today"...etc. You all know the thoughts.
Then in the 'dirt' I saw the image that is posted here. No, it's not the Virgin Mary..it's Ella's footprint. You can see the outline of three little toes on the top.
And that my friends is why I DON'T keep up on the cleanliness of the floor - I was probably playing with Ella or reading to Ella or laughing with Ella. Ah, priorities!
