Easter Eggs...

Ella's first Easter was fun as you can all imagine! We were able to see both families over the course of the weekend. Unfortunately, I am at work so I cannot post pictures right not but will. Anyway, the best surprise was that Matt had the day off so he was there to join the fun. It really made the day so special that we were all together to enjoy it and experience it. We did an egg hunt for Ella. It really wasn't that hard because we just put them in the hallway but she loved it though and the change inside that made noise when you shook the egg! Overall it was a fantastic weekend! I had a great experience this morning with Ms. Ella. I was leaving and when we leave we always do the whole "Ba-Bye" thing and wave at Ella. This morning her, Matt and Maya were on the floor at the top of the stairs. As I was waving at Ella, she waved back! It was a reverse wave so it looks like she was waving at herself but it was a wave nonetheless! Then she exclaimed "Hi". She almost got it. I'm telling all of you (or the 3 people that actually read this blog) that it made my whole day. I will say it again and again that is the little things in life. No matter what level of stress I experience today, remembering that moment will make it okay! Pictures to come soon...
